Oaktree Cheeses have prepared a number of selections of very special regional cheeses. These cheeses are all produced by specialised cheese makers and are unique in flavour and texture
English Selection
A selection of cheeses that shows the diversity of English cheeses. The selection contains:
Curworthy Mini: A 454 gram mini cheese.
A mild hard cheese with natrural rind, sweetish taste and milky flavour, made by Rachel Stevens from Okehampton, Devon.
Wensleydale Mini: A 500 gram mini cheese.
A moist, crumbly and flaky textured cheese with a mild and slightly sweet flavour.
Cornish Yarg: A 500 gram mini cheese.
A hand made cows milk cheese. It is nettle covered and naturally mould ripened. with distinctive crust of green, blue and white moulds, which impart a delicate flavour The mature cheeses become creamy under the crust, while the middle is a firm texture.
Capricorn: A 100gram mini Goats Cheese.
A goats cheeses from the Lubborn Dairy in Somerset. Capricorn has a delicate velvety soft white coat. When young it is mild and crumbly and has a slightly nutty flavour. As it ripens from the outside towards the centre, the white curd becomes softer and creamier, and develops a fuller flavour.
Wigmore Baby: A 450 gram sheeps cheese.
A soft rind cheese made from pasteurised ewe’s milk . The wrinkled, grey rind hides a creamy, voluptuous, sweet interior. This cheeses is produced by Anne and Andy Wigmore in Berkshire and was a gold medal winner in 3003

Mature Mull of Kintyre: A 567 gram mini cheese
One of Scotland's most famous cheddars from the Campbeltown Creamery on the West Coast of Scotland . Amature cheddar with a nutty aroma and rounded taste. The cheese is wax coated to seal in the full flavour.
Caboc: A 110 gram mini cheese
A fresh, double cream cheese, rolled in pinhead oatmeal and shaped into small logs. The cheese is primrose yellow, rich and smooth like butter and has a light nutty flavour, from the oatmeal. Caboc has been made in the Western Isles of Scotland since the 16th Century.
Dunsyre Blue: A 500gram mini cheese.
A blue vein cows cheese, mild sweet and very creamy, produced from Ayrshire milk from the Pentland hills. This cheese has lots of rich, grassy flavours.
St Andrews: A 500 gram mini cheese
A orange, washed rind, cows milk cheese with a supple creamy texture and sweet, savoury taste.
Inverloch (Goats cheese): A 908 gram mini cheese.

Quicke's Traditional Mature Cheddar:

Hand made on a farm near Exeter in Devon. Aged for 12 months this cheese has a firm, silky texture and a wonderfully full flavour.
