Please note that cheese is a living food as such different production batches may vary slightly, this may be due to the nutritional value of the grass eaten by the dairy herds and the different herbs in the pasture, dependent on the time of the year. It is suggested that note is taken of the storage instructions that are included with the cheese on delivery in order to enjoy it to its full.
